Jersey Cup (Overall Team Performance)
A team-based competition. The team consists of a maximum of 5 pigeons.
At each official race, the total flight time of the 2 best pigeons from the team counts for the Jersey competition.
After nine official races, we will determine the 'Jersey Cup Winner'.
3x500 Cup
Lowest total time across Final 1,2 & 3. AviRings Derby PRO doesn't have a classical final race anymore – the winner of the 3x500 Cup is the final winner!
Ace Pigeon Ranking (Overall Best Performance)
The five best pigeons on 5 intermediate races, the semi-final race, and the three final flights will be rewarded for the best Ace pigeon (overall ranking). Pigeons are ranked first according to the prizes (in the first 1/3) and second criterion, according to the Ace points (calculated on the 1:3 principle).
Fancier of The Race (Single Race Performance)
Alongside the Team Competition, where the winner is determined after all races, the Fancier of the Race competition runs in parallel — awarding a winner after each individual race based on the best team performance. The total time of the top pigeon group per race is calculated, and the best result earns the title "Fancier of the Race". Each official race winner will receive a free team (5 pigeons) in the next year AviRings Derby PRO.
Lucky Loser Award
The fancier whose pigeon places 99th in each official race wins a free entry for one pigeon in next season.
